Recipes & Meal Ideas

I don't like calling everything I cook a "recipe". The word recipe has too many gourmet associations and expectations that come with it. So, I named this page Recipes & Meal Ideas instead. 

The food I cook for our family is usually no-fuss, easy and (most times) healthy. I'm always looking for new meal ideas that are safe for Little Guy and that our family will love.  I hope you find a few meal ideas here that will work for you and your family!

All recipes and meal ideas on this page are free of:

  • Peanut
  • Dairy (cow's milk protein - milk, butter, etc.)
  • Gluten and wheat (some now have wheat since Little Guy grew out of his wheat allergy but can be adapted as gluten free)
  • Egg
  • Sesame
I have found these recipes to work for my family. Of course, please read labels every time and make sure the food you cook and eat are safe for your family.
