And for a more traditional photo...
This year Grammy watched Little Guy and Little Gal, and we went on a date night to The Barnes Foundation, a new-ish museum in Philadelphia.
We were greeted with a beautiful waterfall, which of course made me think of how much Little Guy and Little Gal would have loved to see it!
And more water right outside of the entrance. So peaceful.
The entrance of the museum is filled with natural light and comfy seats if you have to wait for your ticket time to begin.
You receive a map and a touch screen listening device and headphones. You just enter the number on each wall to learn more about the artwork. Really interesting!
We enjoyed another beautiful summer night, reminiscent of our wedding-day weather.
Then we went to Zavino, a YUMMY wine bar pizzeria in Philly. I enjoyed an awesome Blackberry Mojito and The Hubby enjoyed a glass of wine. We didn't take a photo of our pizzas since we ate them SO fast as they were SO tasty. I highly recommend "The Stache" pizza!
The next day, on our actual anniversary, we enjoyed fun family time with a picnic in a nearby park. I whipped up a few allergy-friendly salads including my trusty three-bean salad that I know Little Guy will eat, and two quinoa pasta salads. There was really no recipe, I just threw together: Quinoa pasta, olive oil, frozen (and defrosted) peas and corn, and Daiya cheddar cheese in one.
The other salad included fresh tomatoes (which Little Guy currently doesn't like), and homemade Italian salad dressing.
It was an awesome way to celebrate 6 years, and two little loves we're blessed to have in our lives!!

How sweet!! Love seeing wedding pictures, and those little blondies in the grass... what a difference 6 years makes, right? :-) Sounds like you had a great time.
